Security

We work very hard at Camera Warehouse to ensure that every credit card transaction you make will be 100% safe. We use a secure server for all your orders, and do not use a third party internet card processor. Your credit card is debited only once your order is filled. If you prefer to use traditional means of placing an order, please fax a copy of the online order form to us or telephone us on 03 2088 020. Payment can be made through Visa, MasterCard, cheque or arranged through internet banking.

Privacy

We never sell, exchange or disclose your personal information to anyone else.

Currency

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). There are no extra charges or commission. Your credit card issuer converts NZ$ into your local currency and your credit card statement will show the NZ$ amount debited and its equivalent in your local currency. Any duties payable on goods entering the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being received by Camera Warehouse. You will be notified by email that your order has been shipped and your card debited. Orders shipped within New Zealand and valued over $400.00 are delivered free however there is a $10.00 freight charge for orders under $400.00 Orders are delivered by CourierPost Couriers. To the South Island delivery is overnight and North Island orders take 48 hours. Rural delivery orders may take an extra day for delivery. Your signature is required on delivery, ensuring that your goods will be delivered safely.

Right of Return

If you are unsatisfied because an item was damaged in transit, or an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@camerawarehouse.co.nz .

Warranties

As none of our goods are parallel imported, all products carry a full twelve month manufacturer’s international warranty.
